  I got to sonic every now and then for either a blast or a slushie and typically it's ok service. Today I went and got two blasts (milkshake), one Oreo... read more cookie dough and one butterfinger. First off they didn't put any cookie dough in the Oreo cookie dough, and that's fine, I'm used to fast food places making mistakes like that. Secondly, for both shakes, they were just vanilla blasts with only a little bit of the Oreo or butterfinger out on top. This is extremely disappointing. I'm not expecting phenomenal customer service but please at least make the shakes as they are described. I didn't drive 20+ minutes and spend money to get a cup with soft serve ice cream... three the blasts away right after I got home.

I mean she said like 30 times. After a while it feels like im being rushed . she had an attitude i mean if you dont like your job dont work. Maybe her manager she speak to her... Teller speaker girl names was karalee. Might need to watch customer service videos. And learn patience. We spent 40 dollars there. Even through her bad attitude and being rushed.

I told her I ordered to shakes and she said "fine what stall are you in." I told her and waited for another 10 minutes finally we just left but we spent 1 hour waiting for 2 shakes and another spoon which we never got.

  Overpriced, mediocre food. Garbage service. Ridiculously long wait. Mixups and forgotten items galore. You're better off eating your dollar bills than spending them here.

I live nearby so I've... read more come here a few dozen times over the years and I think I'm finally done. It's always the same problems: rude employees, messed up orders, forgotten condiments that they charged you EXTRA for, and an unreasonably long wait, even longer if you park (literally an hour long wait after paying once)... The parking section should be completely separate from the drive thru entrance but it's not, so people in the drive thru line block other cars from being able to get out.

I try to be understanding, and a hiccup or two once in a while would be fine, but it's almost every time I come. Stay away.

  I came here to eat and when my cousin tried to take my order, one lady kept saying she couldn't hear her and then it was silent and another girl... read more came on that we didn't know and she said she couldn't hear as well so my cousin yelled the order and the girl said SON'T YELL AT ME IM A DIFFERENT GIRL, OF YOUR GONNA YELL YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They need to train these employees to have better manners. I get that you might have worked all day but that doesn't give you the right to be talking to people who help keep your business going. If you can't have a good attitude then maybe this work place isn't for you. Another note they need to fix the mic or whatever so they are able to hear because I'm sure everyone has had a rude employee say THEY CANT HEAR THEM

  Worst sonic I've ever been to. Lazy and don't even communicate with you. Literally awful go anywhere else it isn't worth your time or energy

  Tried to order when the young lady in the drive thru would not listen to us, kept talking over us as we tried to order. When we asked her to... read more stop and let us talk she said we were being rude and she did not have to order for us. We left as that is unacceptable customer service. I hope management trains their employees to be kind and patient. We were not rude just asked her to stop talking so we could order.
The impatient attitude is not customer friendly and workers need to not rush people even when it is late at night.
