I was hired here and today was my first day i had been given 6 tests and i was only able to complete 4 before the manager told me i was done, mind you i still had a lot to learn and she didnt really teach me anything except for how to make 2 out of the several drinks they sell there. Then her head management person had horrible attitude with me and instead of helping me learn what to do she demanded me to make drinks or to get cups knowing it was my first day she made no attempt to help me instead she just told the manager . i was asked to close till 11:30 on my FIRST DAY not knowing anything. When the manager came in and asked us what had happened she didnt even allow me to fully speak before listening to the other girl and telling me that shes head management and i have no problem with doing what she asks but i needed help and she was disrespectful and nonhelpful , judgemental, ignorant and purely rude, the manager did not care whatsoever and actually left the franchise for the day. I was furious and quit because how do you leave your franchise in someones hands like that with no knowledge. dont work here horrible management and terrible training , the inside was dirty as well and one of the employees stopped the ice cream machine with her fingers

Arrived 1045 one other car in the drive thru, what looked like two non employee cars in the stalls, was unable to place an order for tea as they were near closing, understandable. Ordered a limeade and a water instead. Was giving a price. And pulled into line. After about 10 minutes the car in front of us drove off without an exchange. I approached the window and also waited for 5 minutes before lights were shut off and I was left with nothing to do but drive off. No direction, no apology, no help, no drink. 11 means 11.

The food was cold, tots were hard, burger buns were soggy. Orders came out wrong. Intercoms need a serious update or they need to listen better. We had to repeat everything 2-3x. We would say large Carmel milkshake, he would say what size? Large. What flavor? Carmel. Or 2 large cheesesticks. What size? Large. I mean, come on. Overall, don't go to this location. There's gotta be another one that's better. Sonic standards are not being met here.

First time eating at sonic and probably my last. It’s the worst fast food joint of all. The burgers taste the cheap frozen ones at the grocery store. The burger was dense and heavy like a dumbbell. The tater tots also sucked. I wouldn’t return.

Come for the great drinks, stay for the okay food!

Truly, I mainly visit this chain for the fun drinks they put out. They had a special for shark week, and another special that was a Sour Patch Kids float. The float was super sour and honestly amazing. The shark week drink was fun as well. The food is nothing to write home about, but is fine if you want to get fast food while enjoying a good drink.

The staff are actually really nice at this location. The location isn't great, there are a ton of homeless and seedy people in the area, but you're fine especially if you are in a car.
